This extensive book was produced on the occasion of the exhibition About Painting – Positions from the Wemhöner Collection, presented in 2014 at Potsdamer Straße 83, and was published in German and English.

The publication brings together works from the 1940s to the present day and offers an insight into a central focus of the Wemhöner Collection. At its core are different positions in painting – from abstraction and Art Informel to figurative and contemporary approaches. The texts shed light on the individual works and their specific painterly qualities, while the image sections make the diversity of the collection visible.
